ESAB Perstorp has expanded its production over the past year by manufacturing welding electrodes that are delivered worldwide. We currently have around 230 employees and are facing exciting challenges ahead.

We are looking for dedicated employees who want to work in a versatile role. The role includes ensuring that the machines reach their full capacity with minimal production interruptions, which involves monitoring and adjusting the production machines. Safety and quality are very important areas in our production. Problem-solving is another key part, which means identifying and resolving issues with the machines.

We are looking for someone with experience in the manufacturing industry. You need to be proactive and enjoy collaborating with others, but also have the ability to work independently.

To work with us, you need to:

• Be technically interested
• Have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have completed upper secondary education, preferably in industry, automotive, or another practical field
• Have experience in similar tasks
• Be able to work shifts, as we have several different shift patterns

It is an advantage if you have:

• Forklift license A1-4, B1-4
• Training in production/industry
